Empty folders are folders which does not contain any record. they are not displayed on the home page. to view the empty folders:

• Go to Home > Document Centre.
• Cllck the View Empty Folder button given on top-right of the document centre homepage.
• It will show a pop-up window showing the list of empty folders. The pop-up window also contains delete icon which can be used to delete the empty folder.
