In TDS CRM, Services module is designed and developed to deal with services. It is quite similar to Products module except stock information as services cannot be stocked or bundled. Services module is known to have non-stock attributes. The following description will reveal the actual difference between a product and a service.

• Products are stock items whiles services are non-stock items.
• Products are not related to service contracts by any means, while service contracts are created for a service.
• Products can be converted to FAQ, while this feature is not supported in services yet.
• Products can be bundled while services cannot be bundled.

In TDS CRM, you can access the services module from Inventory tab. When the module is opened, it displays the list of all the services contained in the CRM. from the services homepage, you can perform following operations on CRM:

• Create Custom View
• Create, Edit or Delete Services
• Search Services
• Duplicate Services
• Import Services
• Export Services
• Mass Edit
• Mass Delete
