1.1. Products Detailed View:

When product name is clicked from the product home page, it displays a page containing detailed information about that particular product. The information that is visible on products detailed view includes:

 

Product information Detailed information about the product
Pricing information Pricing information about the product
Stock information Information about quantity of product in stock
Custom information Custom information about the product, whether it is kit, purchased or assembly
Product image information Image of the product for easy identification
Contract information Contract information i.e. information about warranty of the product
Description information Other details about the product
Trouble tickets Details of trouble tickets associated with the product
Documents Details of documents associated with the product
Quotes Details of quotes associated with the product
Purchase order Details of purchase orders associated with the product
Sales order Details of sales order associated with the product
Invoice Details of invoices associated with the product
Leads Details of leads for the product
Customers Details about customers of the product
Contacts Details about contacts related to the product
Potentials Details about potentials of the product
Product bundles Details about product bundles
Parent product Details about parent product

 

Along with having access to all the above mentioned information, you can also perform various operations from this detailed view screen. These operations include:

 

Edit Change the properties of the product.
Duplicate Create a new product by duplicating the existing product.
Add Trouble Tickets Add the trouble ticket associated with the product.
Select Documents Attach existing documents with the product.
Add Documents Create new document to attach with the product.
Add Quote Add quote of the product.
Add Sales Order Add sales order for the product.
Add Invoice Add invoice for the product.
Select Leads Select leads for the product.
Select Customers Select customers for the product.
Select Contacts Select quotes for the product.
Select Potentials Select potentials for the products.
Select Products Select existing products to be bundled with the product.
Add Product Add new product to be bundled with the product.
