1.1 Document Centre Detailed View

When document title is clicked from the document centre homepage, it displays document centre detailed view page. The detailed view presents you with detailed information about the document. Refer to the following table to know about the information displayed on the detailed view.

 

Basic information Basic details about the document
Description Additional details about the document.
File information Detailed information about the file such as file type, download type, etc.

 

You can perform the following operations on the documents from the document centre detailed page.

 

Edit Change the properties of documents.
Delete Remove the document from the TDS CRM.
Download file Download the file in to your system.
Email as an attachment Send the file as an email attachment.
Tag cloud Label the document for quick searching.
