1.1. Campaign management:

Campaign management is one of the most important marketing modules incorporated in the TDS CRM. A campaign refers to the set of marketing activities intended to increase the sales. A marketing campaign has multiple goals such as generating new leads, brand awareness, customer retention, etc. TDS campaign management module ensures smooth flow of activities related to marketing campaigns. The module can be accessed from marketing tab. The below mention guide will show you how to use the module effectively. When the campaign module is opened, its home page shows a list of campaigns along with important information. The information presented on home page can be customized by the system administrator. It usually includes Campaign Name, Expected Close Date, Campaign Status, Target Size, Target Audience, Assigned to, and Actions. TDS CRM allows you to perform various operations on campaigns from the campaigns home page. These operations include:

  • View campaigns
  • Create customized view of campaigns
  • Create, edit and delete campaigns
  • Search campaigns
  • Mass edit (edit multiple campaign records with similar information)
