1. Document Centre:

The Document Centre is one of the most important modules of TDS CRM. This module is a central secure hub which stores all your important documents. It takes care of your documents from creation to archiving. The module lies within the home tab. When it is opened, it displays the list of all the documents contained in the CRM. Along with document name, the information displayed includes Modified time, Assigned to, Download type, Active and Action. From the document centre homepage, you can perform the following operation on documents.

  • Create new custom view
  • Create, Edit and Delete custom view
  • Create, Edit and Delete custom view
  • Search documents
  • Export documents
  • Add folder
  • View empty folders
