1. Calendar:

TDS CRM calendar module is meant to manage the user activities. Users can manage all sorts of activities such as events and To Dos. It allows different users to collaborate on activities. Events and meetings are the two main types of activities which are described as follow:

  • Events: They are scheduled calls and meetings.
  • To dos: To dos are the tasks that need to be completed by the due date. The calendar module is very useful in managing events and to dos. Calendar module provides the users following four views.
  • Day
  • Week
  • Month
  • Year

The controls for all of these views are given on the calendar’s homepage. Just press the required button and all the activities related to that time period will be displayed. You can view these views either in list format or in monthly calendar format. Select the view from the drop-down list given on the calendar homepage. You can perform the following actions from the calendar homepage.

  • Navigate the activities
  • Update calendar settings
  • Have separate view for Todos and Events.
  • Add activities such as calls, meetings and to dos.
  • Select views i.e. calendar view or list view.
